Privacy Policy

1. General

This policy describes how RIFT.uz (the "Site") processes personal data of visitors. The data controller is the RIFT.uz team, Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Contact: info@rift.uz.

2. What data we collect

We collect personal data only when you submit the request form voluntarily:

• Name you provide in the form.
• Phone number or email address for reply.
• Free-form description of your task, if you fill it in.
• Technical data: page address, submission time and IP address — for spam protection.

We do not collect payment data, bank card details, identity documents or any files through the Site.

3. Why we process it

Solely to reply to your request, clarify the task and prepare a proposal. We do not use your contacts for mass mailings, do not sell them and do not transfer them to third parties, except where required by law.

4. Legal basis and consent

We process the data on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the corresponding box before submitting the form. You may withdraw your consent at any time — see section 8.

5. How long we keep it

Requests are kept for 12 months from the date of receipt. After that they are deleted. If a contract is concluded, the data is kept for the period required by accounting and tax rules.

6. Where the data goes

Request notifications are delivered by email (corporate mail on the rift.uz domain). No third-party analytics, advertising trackers or profiling systems are connected to the Site.

7. Cookies and analytics

The Site does not set profiling cookies and does not run its own analytics. A technical cookie may be used solely to remember a choice you made in the interface; it does not identify you.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

• request information about whether we process your data;
• request correction of inaccurate data;
• withdraw consent and request deletion;
• receive a copy of the data you provided.

9. External services

Following links to external platforms (Telegram, Instagram, email providers) is governed by their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for how they process data.

10. Security and changes

Access to requests is limited to employees who need it to reply. We may update this policy; the current version with its date is always published on this page.
